THE FOLLOWING POLICY IS FOR ALL USED PARTS & OPEN-BOX OR DISPLAY ITEMS.
Buyer must inspect the item(s) and approve the purchase, fit, and quality & deny acceptance of the part prior to purchase. We are not responsible for part fitment. It is your responsibility to make sure the part will fit your vehicle prior to purchase. Be sure of your selection and fitment before paying.
If you change your mind or buy the wrong part, the sale is AS-IS!
We will not install used parts.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are sold as-is. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We offer no warranty.
- All non-mechanical or electrical exterior & interior parts such as body panels, plastics, trims, clips, moldings, door handles, etc.
- All CVT transmissions
- All safety items such as clocksprings, airbags, modules, sensors, and seat belts
- All suspension items such as shocks, struts, coils, control arms, knuckles, sway bars, etc. (including active, air ride, or hydraulic systems)
- All steering items such as track bar, rack & pinion, steering box, steering column, etc.
- All drivetrain items such as cv axles, driveshafts, differentials, and transfer cases
- Accessory items such as bulbs, tie rod ends, backing plates, bearings, ball joints, u-joints, and seals, etc.
- All tires & wheels
- All brake items such as rotors, calipers, pads, and reservoirs
- All seats (manual or electric)
- All exhaust or emissions related items
- All fuse blocks
- All batteries and charging related items (including hybrid/electric vehicle motors and components)
- Open box/display items are not returnable, however if an included component does not work such as fog light, step rail motor, etc., we will replace only the malfunctioning part, not return the entire purchase such as the entire bumper assembly. Item must be properly installed, and proof of malfunction or catastrophic failure must be provided.
- Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind)
- Buyer purchased the wrong part or the part did not fix their issue due to misdiagnosis, and the part purchased still functions properly
- All items with disclosed defects or “for parts” items
- Anything listed “As-Is”
- Anything purchased as scrap
RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items that are sold in working condition, come with a warranty 7 or 14 day warranty, as stated below (unless excluded or stated otherwise). Warranty is in place to provide a refund to the customer in the event the part purchased from us is faulty, but is not intended to be a long-term warranty in the event something occurs to the part after continued use.
- Parts must be returned in the same condition, complete, unaltered, and undamaged. Refund will not be issued if the part purchased is returned damaged, scratched, broken, abused, incomplete, wet from lubricants, or painted, primed, misinstalled or modified in any way shape or form than originally purchased. We do not accept returns for items where mounting tabs, brackets, or other pieces have broken since purchase.
- Warranty does not cover buyer’s loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, towing expenses, transportation expenses, installation expenses, mechanic expenses, diagnostic expenses, commercial loss, loss of use, rental car, or other consequential damages. The only remedy we offer is a refund for the original purchase price of the item.
- We are not responsible for improper installation or use resulting in damage of item. Failure caused by improper installation, abuse, misuse, accident or modification will not be refunded.
- Without proof of proper installation, proof of programming by a professional (if required), and proof of diagnosis indicating catastrophic damage or a non-working part, a refund will not be issued.
- ENGINES (14-day warranty)- For gasoline engines only. Engines must be properly installed by a professional. Warranty only covers failure or catastrophic damage to the cylinder block, head, pistons, crankshaft, camshaft, and internal components. Excluded from warranty are external accessories including electrical, wires, fuel and air system components, cooling system, manifolds, manifold gaskets, other gaskets/seals, timing belt/chain, other belts, hoses and water pump. Changing out these items is strongly encouraged prior to installation, to ensure you don’t damage the components covered by warranty. Turbos, superchargers, harnesses, starters, compressors, and fuel systems that are included with an engine purchase are NOT guaranteed.
- TRANSMISSIONS (14-day warranty)- All CVTs are not covered. Transmissions must be properly installed by a professional. Warranty only covers failure or catastrophic damage to the transmission. Excluded from warranty are external accessories, torque converter, and sensors. It is the responsibility of the installer to properly align torque converter, adjust position sensor cable, flush lines, replace the radiator and or transmission cooler, properly fill fluids, and reset computer codes as needed. Changing the seals, gaskets, fluids, and filters (if applicable) is required prior to installation, to ensure you don’t damage the components covered by warranty.
- ELECTRONICS (7-day warranty)- Items $100 or more. Excluded from warranty are speakers, CD players, sensors, window or sunroof motors/regulators, door lock actuators, hatch lift actuators, hybrid/electric vehicle motors, charging components, and batteries.
- LIGHTING (7-day warranty)- Headlights and tail lights only. Excludes anything related to the exterior condition of the light such as fade, yellowing, or peel, moisture inside the housing, non-working bulbs, and any light that needs to be wired up (doesn’t have a direct plug-and-play connector). Will only cover catastrophic failure or non-working units.
CORES
We do not accept cores and cores are not necessary to get the price we agree on.
REFUNDS
The only possible remedy we offer, if applicable, is a refund for the original purchase price of item minus shipping costs (if applicable).
In most cases, if a return is granted, it will be issued via the same method that we received the payment: Cashapp, Zelle, Square, etc. For sales paid by cash, refund will likely be issued by a company check.
If a return is granted, it will only be issued to the person who made the purchase. There will be no 3rd party returns.
