CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges through Gasquatch Customs and Offroad LLC. Please be certain of your selection and commitment prior to purchase. All sales are final. If a refund is granted for any reason, it is at Gasquatch Custom and Offroad LLC’s discretion, and is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any refund will be minus credit card and/or transaction fees, restocking fees, tips/gratuity, and shipping fees (if applicable).
For purchase of items we order in for you: if an item is on backorder, we will do our best to find you an equal-cost replacement, otherwise you must pay the difference, or we may cancel the order for that item. Products will not be ordered until payment has cleared, which may take longer if paid for with Afterpay financing. If item(s) are not picked up by customer or installed within 30 days, item and payment is forfeited and will not be returned.
For purchase of used or open-box items: we offer no warranty and all sales are final. It is your job to read the listing or ask questions. We are always up front about condition. It is also your responsibility to ensure the part will fit your vehicle prior to purchase. We do not guarantee quality, fitment, condition, or how long the part may last.
WARRANTY:
For new items purchased through Gasquatch Customs where the manufacturer offers a warranty, any issues with your item are addressed with the manufacturer directly. We do not warranty parts. For our Limited Warranty, click here.
ONLINE ORDERING:
When ordering through our website, if you select to pay “Cash in person”, buyer will have 2 business days after order is placed to pay otherwise order will be canceled and item relisted. Unless otherwise stated, shipping is not offered. Pickup must occur within 4 business days or order will be canceled and item relisted. Non-payment or non-pickup, is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any refund will be minus credit card and/or transaction fees, restocking fees, and shipping fees.
VEHICLE SALES:
All used vehicles come AS-IS and sales are final as stated in your sale paperwork. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle thoroughly prior to purchase. We are not liable for anything that may occur after purchase and buyer agrees that he/she bought the vehicle AS-IS, and anything needing fix or replacement will be his/her sole responsibility and financial obligation as vehicle owner.
