No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

To respect everyone’s time and keep our shop running efficiently, we require customers to honor their scheduled appointments. When you fail to show up for an appointment, we lose all of what we could have earned in the time slot we set aside for you. We don’t have the ability to schedule someone else last minute. Not to mention the mechanics are sitting around waiting for you to arrive, wasting resources, time, and money. Please be respectful. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to our customers and employees. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time so we can continue providing quality service.

This policy explains how no‑shows and late arrivals are handled (Updated 2/6/26)

 

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING:

  • Appointments are scheduled for drop-off at a specific time. You have the ability to drop off anytime before that, using the designated key drop-off box.
  • By booking an appointment, you are aware you are committed to a time and agree to this policy.

LATE ARRIVALS:

  • We allow a grace period of 15-20 minutes for late arrivals.
  • We cannot guarantee your vehicle will be completed within the original time frame if you don’t show up at your appointment time.
  • If you arrive later than the grace period, your appointment will likely be rescheduled or cancelled. When you show up late, we cannot just sit around waiting for you. We get started on the next job.
  • Fees:
    • If you arrive beyond our grace period which requires rescheduling, we charge a $25 late fee before scheduling another appointment.
    • If you miss your appointment again, we may refuse future service.
    • If you already purchased parts and do not want to pay to reschedule (or we refuse future service), you will need to pick them up during normal business hours. If item(s) are not picked up by customer or installed within 30 days of missed appointment, item and payment is forfeited and will not be returned.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

  • You did not show up for your appointment and did not contact us in advance.
  • Fees:
    • If you don’t show up for your appointment and want to reschedule, we charge a $50 no-show fee before scheduling another appointment.
    • If you miss your appointment again, we will refuse future service.
    • If you already purchased parts and do not want to pay to reschedule (or we refuse future service), you will need to pick them up during normal business hours. If item(s) are not picked up by customer or installed within 30 days of missed appointment, item and payment is forfeited and will not be returned.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:

  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules (must be on a business day).
  • Cancellations made with proper notice will not be penalized for the first occurrence. If it continues to happen, it’s at our discretion to either charge a rescheduling fee or refuse future service.
  • Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

USED VEHICLE SHOWINGS & TEST-DRIVES:

  • We allow a grace period of 15-20 minutes for late arrivals. After that, we cannot guarantee we can show the vehicle to you at that time and you may need to reschedule. If you show up late a second time, we may refuse service.
  • If you don’t show up for your appointment and give no notice, it is at our discretion whether we’re willing to reschedule the appointment or refuse future service.
  • In the event you show up late for your appointment, anything past 15 minutes will be considered a walk-in which means if someone else has come to check out the vehicle, you are now second-in-line and are not prioritized as if you had an appointment.
  • The vehicle will not be held for you to purchase without a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $100/day (up to 7 days). Test driving a vehicle or looking at it does not guarantee your spot in line to purchase it, if you are not prepared to do so at time of showing. If someone comes along even 10 minutes after you leave, it will be sold.
  • For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact us at least 2 hrs prior. Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
