What you need
Everything you need to have in hand to consign your vehicle with us.
1) Title in hand free of liens/encumbrances in your name.
2) Current emissions inspection- if not, it must be re-tested at your expense OR it will be sent to the auction.
3) Current registration, proof of insurance, and valid license plate on the vehicle. If not, it will be sent to the auction.
4) Valid ID for all owners.
How it works

How it works:
1) Make sure you have everything above.
2) Send us the VIN of your vehicle.
3) Send us thorough photos of your vehicle removing your personal items first so we can see everything clearly. This includes a full set around the outside of the vehicle, and a full set of the inside. Then photos of any and all damage/issues on the vehicle. And a photo of the odometer and gauges (with the car running), showing any lights on the dash.
4) Tell us any concerns with the vehicle, damage, mechanical issues, runability issues… anything and everything.
5) Tell us the price you would accept for your vehicle.
6) Tell us if it’s a clean title, salvage/rebuilt, or any other brands on it.
7) We will decide if it’s something we’re willing to take on. We have the right to deny any vehicle for any reason.
8) If we proceed- you’ll need to come in so we can test drive the vehicle and check it over. Make sure to remove all personal items from the vehicle. It will be listed for sale the way it is. We do not repair anything or detail your vehicle unless requested at the rate of $125/hr.
9) Sign paperwork and let us do the rest!
10) In the event of a sale, we collect $500 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is more. Additional fees will be listed in the Consignment Contract.

-Send an email to contact@gasquatchcustoms.com with all the requested info in the “How it works” section.
-If you’re unable to upload all of your photos to email due to the size, use a cloud service like Google or Dropbox and send the link.
-We will return your email within 2 business days, whether we’re interested in consigning your vehicle or not.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not submit all the necessary requested info, you will not get a response.
